Review of Complete Pro-Grade 115-Piece Titanium Drill Bit Set - Fractional, Numbered, Lettered Bits - Metal In

This was packaged well by the reseller, but the weight of the drill bits in transit actually damaged the metal Index Case, causing the sections to break the rivets holding them, and bending the case... also caused many bits to dislodge... if I hadn't had a micrometer, I'd never get the small ones placed back correctly in the Index. While doing this, I found that one of the lettered bits is actually NOT the correct size.It was affordable, but you get what you pay for.

Product Description:
Titanium is an incredibly hard steel alloy (the military uses Titanium for tank armor) and it makes an excellent cutting surface for other, hard steels like stainless or spring steel. But Titanium steel has less ductile strength (flexibility) and can become brittle in some applications. So we start with a strong, high-carbon steel shaft manufactured for superior ductile strength and braze it with Titanium to get the best of both worlds: an incredibly sharp and hard cutting surface on a drill bit with some 'give'. This set includes sized bits 1/16 to 1/2-inch by 1/64ths, lettered bits A - Z, and numbered bits #1 to #60. Comes in a metal index organizer case with handle to keep every bit in it's place and easy to find.
